How do I track my order?

What are the payment options?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards and UPI.
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes, we offer COD throughout India. However, some locations may be restricted from COD due to our AI-enabled checkout system.
How fast is domestic/international shipping?
Domestic and international shipping generally takes 4-6 days.
What countries do you ship to?

Can I return my order? When will I get my refund?

I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 30 days. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days, regardless of the situation.

How do I know if I'm ordering the right size?

What materials are used to make the products?
We use locally sourced materials from artisans and artists. The fabrics used are predominantly cotton, hemp, hemp-cotton, and jute.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are primarily manufactured in our workshop located different regions of India.
How will I know when new products are available?
You can use the 'Notify Me' option on the product page. Just enter your email or mobile number, and we'll notify you when the item is back in stock.

Why does Vanagothra call itself a sustainable brand?
Although we aren't 100% sustainable yet, we are actively working toward it. Currently, we:
- Reduce our carbon footprint by producing only after orders are received, avoiding mass production.
- Source materials directly from artisans.
- Provide safe working conditions and fair wages to our workers.
- Use eco-friendly raw materials and practice ethical production processes.
Does your production team practice sustainability?
Yes, we follow sustainability practices to a great extent. However, there are a few areas, such as packaging and pre-production, where we are working to improve and become a fully sustainable brand.
